Agriturismo La Valle Dell'Usignolo
The company was bought in the late 1800s by the great-grandfather Luigi known as “Ciotto” and then by Nonno Giuseppe and Nonna Tullia.
They began with the breeding of cattle, the production of cheeses and the cultivation of olive trees when the transformation began around the 60s, Papà Giò Battista called "Titta" and Mamma Faustina replaced the breeding with orchards, vineyards and other olive groves.
In 1990 I Giuseppe and my wife Stefania continued to cultivate the land with the same passion and with environmentally friendly methods, thus also starting the Agritourism business.
Today with the same enthusiasm we continue to build our dreams hoping to transmit our passion and our great commitment also to our children Fausta, Giò Battista and Gianmario who one day will receive you at our Agriturismo with the same love, kindness and professionalism that with great pleasure we try to instill in our customers.
Stefania and Chef Yuri create the winning alchemy between the products of our land and those of our territory, transforming them into delicious and genuine dishes.
The spontaneous vegetable soup with bread croutons made in the company, seasoned with the excellent extra virgin olive oil of our production, buffalo stew, lasagna, ravioli stuffed with ricotta and nettle are just some of our dishes.
The wood-burning oven used by Nonna Faustina still cooks for us many dishes such as bread, roasts, meats such as lamb and suckling pig and free-range chickens, artichokes in foil and many other succulent delicacies.
Nothing is left to chance for total customer satisfaction, in fact since 2006 we have been able to satisfy the needs of people intolerant to gluten, with bread, fresh pasta, and desserts always prepared by us with the right care.
The lodgings obtained from an old shed are 4, adjacent, and independent from the business center.
The rooms, all aesthetically similar, vary in single, double and triple, equipped with all comforts (TV, Wireless Internet connection, independent air conditioning and toilet in the room), at your disposal also, in summer, you will find your own swimming pool in front of the accommodations, where, taking the sun surrounded by the beautiful landscape that surrounds it such as the Sermoneta hill and its medieval castle or the beautiful evergreen mountains of the lepine mountains, you will pamper yourself with a cool drink directly in our poolside bar also stocked with delicious snacks and delicacies.
The Bed & Breakfast service obviously includes accommodation and breakfast, but on your request, you can also take advantage of the restaurant service, also by consulting the itineraries and activities items on our site you can get a lot of information about the places to visit nearby or about the various activities which could make your stay even more interesting.
